Room and Breakfast INN near Bologna

For our gentle Costumers, the INN service Room & Breakfast, including five bedrooms and an outside flat.

The flat is equipped with kitchen and can also be rented weekly or monthly with prices to be agreed. It is situated on the ground floor with easy access.

Services

- The halls, rooms and the flat are equipped with air conditioning, cable internet connection and WI-FI, TV, telephone, minibar, safe deposit box (for laptops too), hair dryer, complimentary toiletries.
- Double beds can be turned into single beds.
- Meeting room.
- Breakfast hall with fireplace and outside courtyard with tables.
- Rooms are available from 4.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am.

The inn has wide private parking and reserved places with easy access for disabled.
Reserved area for caravans stops.
Our guests can take advantage of the restaurant service at the inn's restaurant (reservation is recommended).
